Amenities is concierge longevity for people who want a doctor with time for them. One who knows your whole history, actually listens, and stays with you between visits.
Why we started
Most primary care is a relay race. We wanted a relationship.
You know the routine. A doctor you see once a year for fifteen minutes, who hasn't opened your chart since the last time. A new face every time something actually comes up. A portal message answered in four business days, if it gets answered at all. You end up running your own care and hoping nothing important slips.
We started with one question. What if a single doctor held the whole picture, and had the time to do something about it?
WHAT WE BELIEVE
A few things we won’t compromise on.
Access shouldn't be rationed
Unlimited messaging and same-week visits mean you reach your doctor when something comes up, not three weeks after it does.
One doctor, whole picture.
Continuity isn't a luxury. The same doctor every visit, with your complete history in front of them, so you never start over.
Time is clinical.
You can't know someone in a fifteen-minute slot. Our visits are built to be long enough to matter, starting with a 90 minute intake.
Virtual, with real teeth.
We earn the convenience of virtual care by backing it with labs, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals, the way any serious practice would.

Virtual care earned its bad reputation. We’re not that.
Most virtual care is a stranger on a screen reading symptoms off a form. No history, no follow-up, a prescription and goodbye. That isn't medicine, it's triage. Amenities is the opposite. The same doctor every time, your full record in front of them, and the clinical depth to order labs, imaging, and referrals. Virtual-first means we remove the waiting room, not the relationship.
