The cost of labs and imaging (ordered by your doctor, billed through your insurance or paid out of pocket)
Ordered by your doctor, billed through insurance or paid out of pocket.
Controlled substances of any kind, including testosterone (TRT), stimulants for ADHD, and benzodiazepines
Any Schedule II–V medication falls outside the scope of this membership.
Emergency or urgent virtual or in-person care (we are not an ER or urgent care; we coordinate, but call 911 for emergencies)
We coordinate care, but we are not equipped for emergencies. Please call 911.
The cost of specialist visits, procedures, surgery, or hospital care
Coordination is included, third-party care costs are billed separately.
Insurance coverage (the membership is a separate flat fee and is not billed to insurance)
